ACTIVATED CHARCOAL APPLICATION FOR THE MICROPROPAGATION OF Cattleya crispata (Thunb.) Van den Berg

چکیده

Micropropagation is an alternative for the genetic conservation and propagation of endemic species from “Campo Rupestre Ferruginoso”, such as orchid Cattleya crispata. The aim present study to assess influence activated charcoal on in vitro germination, multiplication elongation phases C. Seeds extracted mature capsules were used inoculation culture medium that was adopted effect supplementation, or not, with charcoal. Data about germination speed, seedling number, length, vigor, oxidation contamination (bacterial and/or fungal) assessed through these phases. Based results obtained, use efficient crispata, providing greater speed percentage less tissues, length vigor shoots, being effective production seedlings species. Culture without supplementation provided best elongation, shoots.

INTRODUCTION Many studies have examined the health problems among survivors of disasters, showing that the most frequently reported symptoms after disasters are mental health problems, such as posttraumatic stress symptoms, depression, and anxiety (1, 2). In the last decade, the Netherlands was struck by a few national disasters. On October 4, 1992, an El Al Boeing 747 airplane crashed into two...

The Morphological Atlas of Dutch Dialects is a two-volume atlas which shows morphological variation in Netherlandic and Flemish dialects. On the basis of digitized data we have classified the Low Saxon dialects. We explore six subdomains of morphological variation: 1. plural substantives, 2. diminutives, 3. possessive pronominals, 4. present and past tense verbs, 5. the participial prefix ge-, ...

The Van Den Berg–kesten–reimer Operator and Inequality for Infinite Spaces

We remove the hypothesis “S is finite” from the BKR inequality for product measures on Sd, which raises some issues related to descriptive set theory. We also discuss the extension of the BKR operator and inequality, from 2 events to 2 or more events, and we remove, in one sense, the hypothesis that d be finite.

Timed tuplix calculus and the Wesseling and van den Berg equation

We formalize a cumulative interest compliant conservation requirement for pure financial products proposed by Wesseling and van den Bergh to make financial issues relating to these products amenable to mathematical analysis. The formalization is given in a timed extension of tuplix calculus and abstracts from the idiosyncrasies of time measurement. We also use the timed tuplix calculus to show ...
